I am happy to offer a full suite of services related to real estate and have experience with both commercial and residential real estate matters. I have acted previously for buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants, as the case may be, on purchases, sales, preparation of security, leases and more.

Commercial Agreements

Planning on purchasing equipment? Being asked to sign a confidentiality agreement? Purchasing a SaaS subscription? Hiring an architect or engineer to design your next project? Preparing a construction agreement for future clients? All of these, and other business to business agreements fall under a broad umbrella of commercial agreements that I would be happy to draft, review and negotiate.

Corporate

I am happy to help with a broad range of corporate services, including incorporating a corporation, managing your minute book and corporate resolutions, drafting or advising on partnership or joint venture arrangements, the purchase or sale of a business, and governance and policy advice.

Fractional Counsel

Maybe your business needs the benefit of having a trusted advisor that knows the “in’s and out’s” of your business, as an in-house lawyer would, to provide advice related to regulatory matters, corporate governance, supply chain and commercial contract review, or advice on legal risks and strategy, but your business doesn’t need a 100% dedicated in-house counsel. In these cases, I’m happy to provide fractional in-house counsel services tailored to what you need.
